SUPER DUPER

Super Duper is the artist / producer alias of Josh Hawkins from Nashville, TN. Creative from a young age, Josh began experimenting with music writing programs such as Fruity Loops in high school before even learning how to play an instrument. This soon became a passionate hobby and he started to learn music theory to help him further his obsession. In college, he studied audio production and started composing music for TV and film.

After a couple years writing for other clients, Josh wanted a personal creative outlet to explore electronic music, thus Super Duper was born. The music combines current elements of the electronic genre, but also pulls from eclectic and nostalgic sounds that make Super Duper truly unique.
